1. Advisory & Channel Partner Scope

Dreamnest Realtors operates as an authorized marketing channel partner and property advisory service. While we make every diligent effort to present accurate RERA registrations, floor plans, and pricing, all property specifications are subject to final developer agreements.

2. User Submissions & Free Listing Rules

Users submitting residential or commercial listings on our Free Listing portal affirm that they are lawful property owners or possess authorized power of attorney. Dreamnest reserves the right to reject or unlist any fraudulent entries.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website layouts, logos, editorial text, property imagery, and interactive calculators are the exclusive intellectual property of Dreamnest Realtors or its licensed developer partners.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dreamnest Realtors shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from property market changes, developer construction schedules, or bank mortgage sanction decisions.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
